Returns and Refunds

At Broadwood Furniture we are keen to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and overall shopping experience.  In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods received, we are happy to offer the following assurances:

In the event of any goods being delivered by Broadwood Furniture being damaged in transit or they do not fit your original order, then you must notify us within 7 days to gain a refund.  Simply contact us by phone 0800 955 0912 or by email at websales@broadwood-furniture.co.uk so that we can arrange collection at a convenient time.  Although we provide free delivery on all orders, there will be a collection charge inccured of £45, which will be deducted from your refund.  Please ensure that these goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, along with a copy of the original receipt, within 30 days receipt of goods.

Please contact us before returning any items, so we can assist you in the returns process efficiently.

Should you wish to exchange your received item(s) for an alternative, please note that our lead times of 6-8 weeks will still apply, although we will strive to deliver as soon as possible, to limit any inconvenience to the customer.

If we receive no such notification from the customer, it will be deemed that the item(s) have been accepted as satisfactory.  We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
